Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Chicken
Ingredients
16 slices of bacon
4 chicken breasts
4 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 large container of whipped cream cheese
10 slices of pickled jalapenos
1 can artichokes
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 t salt
1 t pepper
Directions

Place a wire rack in a large baking pan.

Place 4 pieces of bacon side by side, 4 times, on the wire rack.

Place a chicken breast in the middle of each bacon.

Slit the chicken down the middle.

Place a mozzarella cheese stick in each slit.

Place cream cheese in a bowl.

Add jalapenos to bowl.

Break artichokes up and add to bowl.

Mix until well blended.

Place artichoke mixture on top of chicken.

Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpicks.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (165 internal temp).
